Nate Perry has been a part of Central Valley Assembly and Packaging, Inc. (CVAP) for over 10 years. Nate began working at CVAP as a production manager, he helped with everything from customer deliveries to the company’s assembly department. In 2012, Nate Perry became the owner and CEO of Central Valley Assembly and Packaging. As the company’s CEO, Nate was able to restructure the company’s philosophy and introduce new systems, promoting company growth. Nate quickly reinvested company profits into new equipment and automated machinery. He worked hard establishing a company culture, based on quality and efficiency. Through his leadership, CVAP has seen its revenue double, over the last 3 years.
Nate is a graduate of California State University of Long Beach, where he received his degree in Business Administration. Nate has a wonderful wife and 2 younger boys. Both of his boys love to play sports. When Nate isn’t working, he spends most of his time playing or coaching his two sons in sports.
David, a native of El Salvador, moved to Madera California in 1987. He began working as a Class “A” delivery driver transporting product throughout the state of California. David was able to move up the ladder into various positions from shipping manager to warehouse manager, and has worked within the irrigation industry since 2010.
David joined the CVAP team in early 2015 as Operations Manager and has made an incomparable contribution to the company. David coordinates all warehouse activities including safety, personnel, quality control, planning, operational efficiencies and improvement initiatives. He works diligently to ensure we achieve company goals, i.e. to exceed customer satisfaction, maintain a safe working environment and continually improve staff morale. When David is not busy running CVAP’s day to day operations, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, coaching youth boxing and volunteering at his church.
